_Urban Strategic Enterprises (Urban SE) offers expertise to business, government and nonprofit agencies that need to develop new market segments and distribute their services in urban and multi-ethnic markets.

• Comprehensive Communication Planning. Urban SE assist clients develop a communication plan that is culturally competent and financially sound that will aid them meet their organizational objectives. In conjunction with their staff, Urban SE will determine what are the marketing & communication gaps and determine organizations assets and sustainable strategies for maximizing service delivery. These activities can be conducted in conjunction with the staff or primarily by us as an outsourced marketing & communications team.

• Marketing. Assist clients promote and sell their products and services and brand their organization to urban and multi-ethnic populations using traditional and web-savvy strategies.  Together with our team of Strategic Design & Marketing (SDM) Partners, who specialize in web design, e-marketing, urban market research and ethnic produce placement, Urban SE can provide connections to multiple ethnic and urban populations that are catered specifically to their distinct cultural needs.

• Community Relations. Provide consultation to clients on building relationships with ethnic, urban and low-income constituencies and neighborhoods that will strengthen the vitality of their project, program or service objectives.  In conjunction with our SDM partners, Urban SE provides cultural competent expertise that aids clients avoid cultural pitfalls that may derail their project or services.

• Public Awareness.  Assist clients disseminate information to the general and/or specific populations about their programs, services or  government mandated requirements. This may include public awareness campaigns, focus groups, public forums and/or multi-media messaging. These type of services would primarily be provided to public organizations, such as government agencies, nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Our team has conducted numerous Section 3, SBE/MBE, and supplier diversity campaigns.
  

• Program Development & Management. Our team has more than 20 years of combined experience in successfully developing community-based programs and events in the areas of business, employment, cultural arts, and youth leadership. Urban SE can assist from grant writing or proposal development to enacting work plans and conducting evaluations.
